The Cabinet,
‒ Having reviewed the Constitution; and
‒ Federal Law No. (1) of 1972, Concerning the Competences of Ministries and Capacities of Ministers, and its amendments thereof; and
‒ Federal Decree-Law No. (4) of 2007, Establishing the Emirates Investment Body, and its amendments thereof; and
‒ Federal Law No. (2) of 2015, Concerning Commercial Companies, and its amendments thereof; and
‒ Federal Decree-Law No. (22) of 2019, Concerning the Emirates General Transport and Services Company; and
‒ Based upon the Cabinet’s approval,
Resolved:

Article (1)

The Articles of Association of the Emirates General Transport and Services Company (Public Joint Stock Company, PJSC), whose text is annexed herein, is hereby approved.

Article (2)

This Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force as of its date of issuance.
