1. The Committee shall convene its meetings at the invitation of the Chairman, on a regular basis once per month or as needed. A meeting shall be valid if attended by the majority of its members, including the Committee Chairman.

2. The Committee shall pass resolutions and recommendations thereof by the majority vote of the members present. In the event of a tie vote, the chairman shall have the casting vote.

3. The Committee Chairman shall issue work regulations thereof.
