Article (5) BOD Membership
1. In the selection and appointment of BOD members, due consideration shall be given to their leadership acumen, as well as their breadth of experience and knowledge pertinent to accomplishing the entity objectives. Preferably, candidates shall possess qualifications and competencies aligned with the specialised domains and operational scope of the entity. Proficiency in formulating strategies, delineating goals, and performance metrics, proposing and scrutinising projects and initiatives, along with familiarity with governmental protocols, directives, and management frameworks, are essential attributes sought in Board members. Integrity, adeptness in fostering constructive dialogues, and the ability to articulate innovative ideas are imperative qualities expected of Board members.
