1. The BOD shall be responsible for implementing the evaluation process of the subcommittees, and the official of the federal entity. The Chairman shall be responsible for evaluating the BOD members, including the youth representative on the Council, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and the evaluation forms attached hereto.
