Pursuant to this Resolution, a committee called the “Supreme National Committee for Unified Procurement” shall be established. This Committee shall be responsible for the procurement processes of medicines, supplies, medical equipment, and vaccinations for all governmental programmes at both the federal and local levels. The main headquarters of the committee shall be determined by a resolution of the Minister.
